Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to GuinnReads.com. Due to the nature of our business, services rendered cannot be returned or refunded, however some details apply as are outlined below.

All orders over 7500 words require a minimum 10%, non-refundable deposit. However, for projects of this size or larger, we will provide services on a portion of your project as a sample of work. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work, the order may be cancelled with only the non-refundable deposit being retained for services rendered.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days past the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we can no longer offer you a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you shortly thereafter of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely fashion.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
